Manage a team of Customer Service Representatives to ensure excellent customer service to Axcelis’ Taiwan installed base; facilitate and ensure successful achievement of key on-time delivery and cycle time goals for the organization.

Provide analytical and strategic support to the CS&I Director to create market service offerings for customers. Including long-term agreements for warehouse management, logistic, stock level optimization, parts availability commitments, refurbished product offerings, develop and maintain a database of spare parts price quotes and continuously monitor competitor pricing etc.

Identify current aftermarket processes gaps/dependencies. Define proper plan and lead team to improve:
  • Delivery performance issues for key customers
  • Inventory optimization
  • CSR practices across the regions
  • Axcelis standards implementation
Co-develop, co-work parts marketing and sales growth plans.

Create and distribute monthly departmental and customer scorecards and metrics.

Talent identification and development for the team.
