Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization

Support the development, planning and implementation of new sustainable materials/ processes, with external and internal stakeholders to reach the company’s sustainability strategy targets

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of sustainable materials with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the mapping work process, setting measurable outcomes and handover to operations team
  • Work with supplier base and internal teams to drive the development of sustainability materials capacity road map
  • Support data analytics to senior leadership team for sustainability strategy creation

  • T1, T2 and T3 Suppliers
  • Social and Environmental Affairs (SEA)
  • Apparel Sourcing, Liaison Offices
  • Creation Center
  • Apparel Costing
  • Multinational brands, NGOs, other external stakeholders in associated with projects
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
  • Good social and Environmental compliance knowledge
  • Good textile industry knowledge
  • Strong materials technical knowledge
  • Process thinking, End-to-end mindset, target oriented
  • Strong project management skills
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Strong data analytics, presentation and communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Requisite Education And Qualifications
  • University degree, preferably textile major
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience (e.g. project management, apparel materials, supply chain management)
