We are seeking a highly motivated and creative professional to join our team as an English Social Media Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate must possess proven skills and experience in digital marketing, especially in growth hacking in the English speaking markets. The role comes with a focus on social media marketing & design, therefore skills, experience, as well as a great eye for design are required along with a passion for social media and insights on various social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter).

Responsibilities:

• Research, brainstorm, and execute strategies for growth hacking in the English speaking markets (including but not limited to social media marketing, KOL marketing, partnership establishment, etc.)
• Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across social media channels (primary), company website, email, and other platforms.
• Research and brainstorm new ways or strategies for growth hacking.
• Monitor and analyze social media content performance analytics to come up with optimization strategies and plans.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage CakeResume’s social handles (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and more).
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in social media management.
• Proven social media marketing & management experience (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and/or TikTok, Youtube, Twitter).
• Proficiency in social media management tools (such as Meta Business Suite)
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English.
• Be proficient in social media content planning and creation.
  
  

Bonus Qualifications

• Video filming & editing skills on various platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc).
• Basic graphic design skills for visual materials.
• Have knowledge about the HR industry or CV, interview, job search & career development-related knowledge.
• Have experience in working with influencers/KOLs.
  
  

Interview process

Selected applicants can expect the following interview process:

• Stage 1: 30 minute video interview (Google Meet) with HR.
• Stage 2: Pre-interview task & a general marketing Q&A session.
• Stage 3: 90-120 minute final interview conducted in English and Mandarin.
