This passion fuels our desire to provide best in class talent and career support services to the companies and people working to achieve a brighter, greener future.What roles are available at LSP?LSP Taiwan currently have opportunities for Consultants to support our Taiwan office with the renewable energy recruitment demand that the APAC region is currently facing.What will the role look like on a day-to-day basis?- Business development: generation of new business opportunities
- New markets: Identify new market and location opportunities
- Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key client contacts
- Negotiation: Take ownership of negotiating fees with prospective clients
- Brand Ambassador: Own and evolve the LSP brand with clients and candidates
- Networking: Regular networking with past, present, and future clients alongside market mapping
- Candidates: You will take responsibility for the generation and sourcing of candidates via the use of our ATS, Bullhorn, LinkedIn and networking via both telephone and face to face meetings at conferences etc.
- ATS: You’ll ensure all procedures relating to Bullhorn are adhered to and that the system is updated on a regular basis
- First impressions count: Liaising with our administrative team for the formatting of candidate CVs to a high standard, in line with LSP’s brand and gathering of certification and personal information
- Interviews: Coordination of interview processes, including candidate coaching
- Offers: Handling of offer stage process including issuing of contractual documentation
- Marketing: Work with our Marketing team to advertise and publish vacancies and come up with creative to ideas to attract new clients and candidates.
- Background: A proven track record of sales, business development and recruitment is a plus; speak fluent English is an essential requirement
- Experience: 3 + years’ experience, all industries considered.
- Service: A desire to provide a best-in-class service to clients and candidates alike
- Collaborator: An ability to contribute valuable ideas to help the wider business grow
