Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Payment of overseas employees’ payroll/incentive/bonus
  • Employee benefit projects. (Commercial Insurance, Group Insurance)
  • Overseas employees’ job grade & title structure DB maintain.
  • Good knowledge of mandatory insurance and income-tax law within APAC sites of SMC
  • Third party/vendor communication, and relation management.
  • New plant (MY) project.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in HR,Business Management, psychology relevant majors.
  • HR professional seniority at least 7yrs, with C&B function role at least 4 yrs. Experience with SAP/SF is preferred.
  • Full function experience,preferred expertise in C&B/OM/HRBP, familiar WTW/Mercer survey methodology.
  • Got expatriated/local hired overseas career path or experience in High-Tech plant HR practices is plus.
