Main Responsibilities
Brand Development
- Develop annual marketing plans and strategies with clear business objectives and consumer goals
- Elevate Prestige and Rarely Edition product proposition and support High Net Wealth Individual activations (HNWI)
- Manage brand performance through consumer campaign, digital media, CRM analysis, brand health tracking and market visit on a regular basis
- Support and collaborate with customer marketing to develop the commercial strategy and program implementation and closely monitor forecast and maintain inventory level at company target level
- Regular reporting of brand performance internally and liaise frequently with APEC/Maison (HQ) counterparts for brand alignment
- A&P planning and phasing management, monitor sales forecast and inventory level to achieve company goals
- Implement and deliver excellent & innovative consumer experiences to drive consumption and recruitment
- Orchestrate strategic consumer activations to deepen cultural relevance at key occasions, particularly for HNWI and VIPs
- Develop unique and luxury merchandising in on/off-trade to increase brand awareness and affinity, create value to consumer experience
- Coordinate with brand ambassador to develop product training/education materials
- Identify and liaise with luxury brand partners to reach and recruit new consumers
- Drive the optimization of digital media efficiency and develop a holistic social/KOLs plan to build the long-term brand credibility and desirability
- Manage and work with external agencies to ensure clear understanding of brands’ objectives, hence quality content and communication is delivered
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Education: University or above, major in Marketing and Communication or Business Management related.
Languages: Proficient in English
Professional experience & know how:
- Solid experience on digital marketing, social media including influencer programs, and CRM
- Experience in luxury/fashion industries is a plus
- At least 6 years of marketing experience with an international company
- Excellent creative thinking, and executional skills
- Good planning, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Good numerical and statistical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Open mind, highly motivated, energetic
- Good catch of current trends ( what’s in and what’s new )
- Proactive, logical and strategic
- Quick response
- Result/KPI oriented
