Purpose of Role Responsible for preparing and serving drinks and cocktails for servers and guests in a speedy, efficient, friendly, and professional manner. Responsibly Description

Prepare drinks for the customers and servers, ensuring that the proper materials and supplies are on hand and ensuring that minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcoholic beverages.

Maintain good relationship with the guests ensuring they are well entertained.

Set-up and breakdown the bar.

Prepare mixers, cut fruit, receive requisitions, check par levels, refill mixers, get ice, run food, and collect and dispose of garbage.

Have good knowledge of upselling, bar recipe, Inventory, receiving and stores.

Control guest checks, secure proper payment and act as the cashier.

Perform as per SOS.
