Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent pools, and best practices in recruitment and headhunting.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
- Share insights and recommendations with clients regarding talent market dynamics and strategies for attracting top talent.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels (online job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews, competency evaluations, and reference checks.
- Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients and facilitate interview processes.
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and adherence to client expectations.
- Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback from clients and candidates, and provide guidance on selection decisions.
- Conduct salary negotiations and extend offers to successful candidates.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for newly hired candidates.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their talent requirements, job specifications, and organizational culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, becoming a trusted advisor in their recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the progress of their recruitment assignments.
Requirements:
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Life-Science related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role within the headhunting or executive search industry.
- Deep understanding of recruitment methodologies, candidate assessment techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
