Bjak, a leading Information Technology and Services company, is seeking a skilled and motivated Country Manager to oversee operations in Taiwan. As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team, and ensuring the successful execution of the company’s strategies in the market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives in Taiwan
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
• Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges to inform business decisions
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Monitor and analyze market conditions and competitor activity to adapt strategies as needed
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws, and company policies and procedures
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Proven experience as a Country Manager or similar role in the IT and Services industry
• Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the Taiwan market
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Solid knowledge of business development strategies and proven experience in driving growth
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is required
