詳細描述:

• 達成年度新開發客戶的銷售業績目標 10%
• 能獨立開拓新市場與客戶: 市場分析、客戶溝通、整合資源、策略擬定 30%
• 向潛在客戶推銷SEE產品，從陌生開發、約訪、提案簡報到簽約流程的負責 20%
• 配合參展、活動及產品教育訓練等相關業務拓展工作 10%
• 配合主管制定和實施業務發展策略及計劃，精準定位目標客戶，提高品牌知名度 20%

Qualifications

• 自動化設備或物流專業本科，有電子商務(E-Comm)規劃物流經驗者優先
• 具有市場行銷和包裝專業及自動化設備技術者尤佳
• 具自動化倉儲/電子/新能源/半導體/醫療行業有一定的資源尤佳 
• 有連續的5年的銷售經驗（有包裝相關方案銷售經驗優先）
• 有獨立完成的成功的銷售案例，最近連續的2年負責的銷售業績保持增長。 
• 有積極獨立的銷售特性，善於學習，能夠挖掘新行業或新項目
• 具備團隊的合作和溝通能力、邏輯思維及時間管理能力且有自律精神.
• 具備基本的英語溝通能力 
• 有駕駛技能優先
• 善於跨團隊合作及問題解決
• 對數字分析敏銳且善於溝通者，並擁有基礎技術背景，能與客戶做技術性討論
• 計畫每週/每月的拜訪活動。
