Job Description


• Management of due diligence related logistics both for in-licensing (minor) and out-licensing (major) opportunities including handling of electronic data rooms, acquisition and distribution of key materials to diligence teams, tracking of diligence progress, etc. 2.Other duties may include helping to develop and review term sheets and legal documentation for transactions; tracking corporate and business development opportunities; development of internal presentations on select opportunities. 3.Identify new business opportunities by analysing current and potential markets, evaluating strengths and weaknesses of opportunities, and forecasting projected business. 4. Actively prospect for new business that meets the current strategic focus as defined by Senior Leadership.
  
  
The Successful Applicant


• have a Master’s Degree with relevant industry experience. 2.MBA or Ph.D. or M.D. is a plus. 3.5 plus years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or academic healthcare sectors with demonstrated success. 4.Demonstrated experience in the development of business development strategies, external alliance in Biopharma. 5.Track record of successful negotiations and executed complex intellectual property deals
