• Provide desktop support and PC Setup, Software installation
• Diagnose and resolve PC hardware or Software technical issues
• Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
• Asset Management - PCs inventory, tracking and procurement
• Accounts creation and provisioning
• End User Documentation and End User Training
• Printer, mobility, Network, Phone and Computer room maintenance
• Track and resolve open tickets in Korea and Japan and minimize recurring operational issues
• CCIS Security implementation and compliance e.g MFA, remote access, Mcafee etc.
• Support regional IT project deployment
• Regionally responsible for AutoPilot, SCCM, Intune and other End User Computing application working with global team members.
• Lead and support for AP Automation using Power Platform
