DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Sales Admin: to be responsible for assigned sales administration support e.g. hospital tender handling, sales order statement(對帳單)…

• Receptionist: be the 1st physical contact of the Company to provide the professional perception to all customers, visitors.

• Contract Management, Company Chop Management

o Maintain distributor contracts and customer supply contracts filing.

o Act as Company Chop holder to ensure all the fixation obtain proper approval and keep filing records

• Compliance officer: to be the compliance officer of STTW

• Company meeting and employee activities: Organize and schedule company meetings, support welfare committee on employee activities and events.

• On-site HR representative: to support on-site HR matters.

• Provide secretarial support to executives on meeting scheduling, travel arrangement, expense claim.
