System-on-Chip Design Engineer (DFT Engineer)

Responsibilities:

• MBIST Insertion, Simulation and debug on RTL and gated netlist (RTL/Zero delay/Timing )
• Integrate DFT/BIST insertion flows into synthesis flow
• RTL Design
• SCAN insertion
• ATPG
• Gate simulation with SDF annotation

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of scripting languages ( Perl/TCL/Python/Shell)
• Strong fundamental knowledge of various Test standards and test formats (IEEE 1149.10, 1149.6 , 1500, 1687 )
• Working location: location may adjust to Xindian per Google’s request
• Working permit and Mandarin ability are required w/ foreigner
