Description

Purpose of this Position：

工業自動化產業對於網路通訊的需求持續增長。隨著應用的整合度以及複雜度提升，網路規模也隨之擴大，同時新型態的資料應用如 Cloud Application, AI… 等議題的發展，工業自動化產業的網路設計也開始從傳統的封閉控制網路開始與 Enterprise 網路融合，而對 Enterprise Network 中的架構以及協定開始有相應的需求。

Major Areas of Responsibility：

• Ethernet switch stacking architecture design.
• Lead ethernet switch stacking development project.
• Assess technical risks of development and propose mitigation plan.
• Lead the technical discussion and decision making.
• Review and take responsibility to quality of development result of project team.
• Identify needs of switch system architecture and propose improvement plan.
• Respond to switch product needs in system.
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Job Requirements：

–Education: MS in Computer Science, Communication, Electrical Engineering

–Professional Certificates/Licenses

–Experience: Over 10 years experience in Ethernet Switch or Networking Device development

–Language: Chinese, English

Required Competencies

• Familiar with ethernet switch development
• Familiar with embedded system development
• Familiar with switch stacking architecture and packet process flow
• Have a clear system view of networking device
• Be able to lead architecture design and implementation
• Good in communication. Can clearly express self-perspective and listen to different ideas.
• Great team work and open to cooperation
