Responsibilities

• Handle high volume orders and being responsible for processing accuracy & efficiency
• Coordinate with relevant parties; sales, customer, internal teams; to ensure order fulfillment efficiency
• Support order fulfillment & relevant analysis reports
• To support & feedback customer inquiry

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in managing VIP customer’s order fulfillment
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• SAP ERP experience is preferred.
