Job Title: Senior Sports Eyewear Designer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sports Eyewear Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction and innovation of our eyewear products. From concept development to final product delivery, you will play a crucial role in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of our eyewear collections.

Responsibilities:

• Create and design innovative, unique, and market-competitive eyewear products
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand market needs and translate them into specific design requirements
• Research and analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products to provide industry-leading design solutions
• Utilize design software and tools to create design sketches, models, and prototypes
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure products meet technical specifications and quality standards
• Monitor the production process, resolve design-related issues, and ensure timely product delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in the field of eyewear design
• In-depth knowledge of fashion and eyewear industry trends, color palettes, and materials
• Excellent creative and design abilities, capable of presenting unique and commercially valuable design concepts
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to collaborate with team members and other departments
• High attention to detail and a rigorous work ethic
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
