Job Description：

Solution PM builds and maintains strategic and effective relationships with domestic and/or international customers.

This position creates, grows and enhances solution business through solution integrators and channel partners while expanding our market share.

This role collaborates internally with the sales, operation, and management teams to provides the solution/product support services to external customers.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Responsible for solution development, management, and positioning.

2. Plan solution roadmap and transition.

3. Define solution selling features, specs and fulfill right solution products to the customer needs.

4. Manage and control product development schedule and budget.

5. Write solution requirements document, specification, white paper, and solution selling and promotion documents.

6. Develop messaging and creative direction for solution promotion activities.

7. Ability to understand responsible solution features and domain knowledge with good presentation and communication skill for solution demonstrations and all customer training programs.

8. Comprehensive understanding on how to efficiently bridge business opportunities and internal experts in each function team and being result-oriented.

9. Work with development teams for solution validation, sizing, and technical architecture.

10. Plan and manage go-to-market plan and activities to accelerate solution sales.
