Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in program management or product management
• Experience working with multiple cross-functional partners
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with hardware consumer product management
• Experience with Product, Engineering, Communications, Finance, with working knowledge of Marketing, Sales, Legal, HR, and Operations
• Ability to inspire trust by demonstrating sound judgment and integrity
• Excellent business acumen, problem solving, strategic, and analytical skills
• Excellent project and program management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  

About The Job

Responsibilities

• Create and execute on operational processes and practices that drive efficiencies for the organization, including large-scale processes such as budget planning and management, resources planning, and objectives and key results management (OKR).
• Gather and analyze large amounts of information and turn it into compelling, insightful recommendations.
• Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making with executive-level audiences. Lead execution against recommendations quickly and accurately.
• Work with the leads on ad hoc projects such as location strategy, workforce planning, future of work, etc.
• Foster a culture of high organizational performance through internal and cross-group initiatives.
