• Independently perform a variety of on-site application and training services to customers
• Independently perform a variety of customization solution design, troubleshooting and customer support.
• Oversea trip for product training or support
• Escalate, communicate and provide feedback to Headquarter on customer product issues and come up with solution to resolve problem on a timely manner
• Achieve very high standard of customer satisfaction through delivering professional support and other related services
