Our Micro Solutions Wireless Connectivity Team is looking for a a Senior Manager of Test and Product Engineering to join their team. This role is responsible for all aspects of test, product engineering and collaboration with sourcing teams and quality teams to determine and drive the OSAT operations.This is a high growth potential role and provides the right candidate with the chance to hire, coach and lead a world-class team that will have ownership of all activities related to tester selection, test, characterization and qualification activities, foundry and OSAT negotiations and relationships, development of an NPI process, packaging and silicon and package qualificationKey Responsibilities

• Hiring, coaching and leading a world-class Test and Product Engineering Team.
• Establish and execute the product test strategy and engineering
• Ownership of product (Silicon) qualification and characterization.
• Execution of package design and package qualification.
• Part of the lead team to design, establish and maintain the supply chain partners through the entire product life cycle.
• Work hand in hand with engineering and program management to drive the NPI process creation and execution.
• Manage die, product and package qualification programs including the placing of orders for wafers, packages etc. for engineering lots and manage the delivery.

The Experience You Will BringRequired Background

• BS, or MS in electrical engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor operations activity including product testing, characterization and qualification.
• Demonstrated experience of building and managing world-class teams.
• Demonstrated success leading teams with NPI for semiconductor and software products.
• Understanding of operations ecosystem and experience working with supply chain suppliers and vendors.
• Experience with customer engagements addressing customer quality issues.
• Experience working with internal hardware and software groups with an ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve product and customer issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
