Provide leadership and strategic direction to the sales team to achieve performance objectives by promoting pharmaceutical product sales through effective interaction with health care professionals and organisations to increase the awareness and use of the company’s products

Responsibilities

may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
  • Establish & develop a strong winning culture with your Direct Reports and Internal Stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed overall performance objectives
  • Lead and develop team of Sales Representatives to ensure performance, revenue, and quotas are met and exceeded
  • Select, review, and monitor performance of sales team within assigned territories and districts
  • Collaborate with senior sales leadership on strategic initiatives and execution
  • Innovate and implement new ways for a dynamic sales approach
  • Develop your team: Create an Individual Development Plan for Direct Reports.
  • Identify and coach for performance improvement.
  • Assists the field sales representatives in the planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing on-going sales support including sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up.
  • Achieve performance objectives for the assigned territory
  • Track sales record and achieve sales goals with the team.
