  • Provide full supports to TW Sales Team on contract review, SO creation, TE, LOC & shipment status follow up.
  • Communicate between customer & US factory through phone/e-mail.
  • Handle customer issues and resolve the problems all in a fast, efficient, effective and customer focused manner.
  • Provide bidding support including bidding document preparation.
  • Handle full set of import/export procedure for all TW Demo tools including parts & accessories.
Functioning as Operation administrator
  • Collaborate closely with Bruker TW back office team (Finance, HR, Logistics, Procurement & Operations team), engage in the SOP making for SAP operation, payment & invoicing procedure, demo rental & custom related issues etc.
  • Work with order processing team to modify the order procedure like Due Diligence Check, negotiating in between to reduce the redundant paperwork and improve the efficiency.
  • Organize meeting activities for BNSM TW, APAC & BU Executives. Handle the whole events including selecting the place, negotiating the contract price, catering & transportation management etc.
  • Participate in marketing activities like exhibition, opening ceremony & user meetings. Arrange demo transportation between lab & exhibition domestically.
Qualifications
  • Degree with 3 - 5 years working experience in similiar capacity.
  • SAP User with 3+ years ’ experience working on SAP
  • Experience in working with both SEMI & academia customers. Experience in semiconductor industry is a plus.
  • Good communication skill, fluent in English for both speaking and writing
  • Good interpersonal skill with Can-do attitude
