RF test automation engineer

工作内容

• Take ownership of the quality of the RF protocol of the next wave of productivity, gaming, mobility products and related platforms.
• Adapt and develop the test strategy; define test exit criteria accordingly
• Identify risks items and dependencies; design and write test plans and test case specifications
• Work closely with System Testers to avoid coverage gap and overlap
• Design and implement the test environment
• Develop, run and maintain automated scripts to prove product conformity regarding component specification
• Collaborate with RF engineers to tailor test scripts and identify risk areas
• Communicate early and often about any significant events or issues affecting the team or delivery schedule and quality
• Improve processes or propose improvement where’s applicable
• Verify of implemented firmware as well as investigations of critical RF issues in a cross-functional HW/FW working environment

• Up to 5 years in test automation
• Fluent in embedded firmware in C/C++ including test and debug
• Strong knowledge of Python
• Knowledge in analog and digital electronics
• Practically minded with strong problem solving skills
• Strong technical documentation skills
• Fluent spoken & written English

• Knowledge of Bluetooth (BLE)
• Knowledge of Software-Defined Radio (SDR)
• Experience in USB & RF Front End would be a plus

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
• ISTQB certification
