What You’ll Do

1.Participate new product/function developments, execute validation to support global programs and local customer needs

2.Develop and promote Energy Storage solutions, integrated to EnergyAware UPS.

3,Arrange new product technical demonstration and communication in seminar or exhibition

4.Sustain three phase UPS products for engineering change, implementation and quality tracking

5.Analyze three phase UPS product field failure case, physically tests and reappear issues for followed improvements.

6.Develop product issue solutions with Eaton internal cross functions.

7.Communicate and negotiate solutions with Global/Asia/Taiwan customers, and follow through to complete the implementations.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering background
• UPS or power electronics related product experience 3 years at least
• New product development experience is preferred
• Customer technical communication experience is preferred

Technical knowledge

• Power electronics design
• Validation skills
• UPS product design
• MCU Firmware or PLC design experience is a plus
