Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for all incoming parts inspection and outgoing parts quality control.
• Drive continuous improvement, corrective and preventive actions as a result of data analysis, customer complaints, internal failures, audit findings, etc. with a focus on effective root-cause analysis.
• Support quality planning activity to ensure customer requirements are met. Interface with customer and production personnel to establish acceptance criteria, processing methodologies and resolve non-conforming conditions.
• Provide product quality analysis via various testing methodologies. Provide effective document and data control to include development of local work instructions.
• Manage gauge inventory and coordinate out-sourced calibration services.
• Regular reporting of quality system status and key process indicators to facility management.
• Train production personnel in quality system requirements, processes and procedures as required.

• Execute daily production activities based on quality control requirements
• Complete metrology tools preparation prior to each batch run
• Assist to maintain the PPE and keep them protectable
• Assist to execute the training plan and complete the quality control certification
• Daily Incoming/outgoing inspection and documenting
  
  

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Experience substitutes
• 1~3 years of experience in production, laboratory for quality control
• Professional certification in relevant quality disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience in the application of quality theory and tools.
• Computer proficiency to include Windows, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective verbal, written and presentation skills.
