Our client is recruiting for a Quality Assurance Team Lead (Manual).Key Responsibilities

• Manage a software QA team consist of 3-6 members
• Familiar with APP and POS testing
• Establish manual testing environment
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Execute system validation testing, compatibility testing, performance testing, stress testing and reliability testing
• Understand fundamental automation testing structure and software development process
• Engage in cross-functional meetings and provide improvement advice

Key Requirements

• 6-8 years of software QA engineer experience
• 2+ years of management experience
• Hands-on manual testing experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and capable to work under pressure

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in start-up companies
• E-Commerce industry experience
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
