We are looking for a Network & Infrastructure (Server) Lab’s Project Manager (Supplier Lead) to lead the team on the server lab (IDC) management & operation, document test/bug result and provide regular reports to client. Co-work with engineers for client’s next generation Server Lab - IDC support (MSFT largest overseas server lab).

Responsibilities

• Be able to effectively communicate with client in both spoken and written English through emails, reports and in review meetings.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a variety of individuals, including engineers, users and non-technical stakeholders
• Have proficiency in analytic and reporting tools to provide regular test reports, status updates and review reports which meet quality requirements. Create Power BI reports to track KPIs and overall status.
• Create tools and processes for team to improve effectiveness of operation
• Demonstrated ability to learn and work independently, making decisions with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshooting of existing systems and resolution of the defects.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all documented processes and procedures.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with local/regional team members and management
• Managing a team of 12 members (including himself/herself); Network & Infrastructure Administrator, Data Center Technician, Logistic & inventory Administrator, ActiveX Data Objects System Development Engineer, EFA & PFA Technician, etc.)

Qualifications

• Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools.
• Coordinate with other internal technical resources to ensure requirements are met in the areas of system quality and reliability, deployment, operating system readiness and other areas.
• Work closely with system administrators, manufacturing engineers, software engineers, and program managers to meet program goals.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and technical contributors to help advance the needs of the project.
• Identify action plans to drive towards conclusions. Analysis and troubleshooting during the process.
• Have CCNP/CCIE immediate- or high-level certificate is a must.
• Excellent English communication skills (speaks English fluently is a must)
• Soft Skills: Good listener, positive attitude, sense of humor, open minded, respect, patience, resolving issues, delegation, etc.
• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
• Can work under pressure
• Should have proficiency in the following Microsoft internal tools: Azure Dev Ops/ Visual Studio Online, SharePoint, Power BI, Automate, Windows, Office, etc.

• Working permit and Mandarin ability are required with foreigner
