Responsibility
  • Development and implementation of overall marketing programs for assigned product(s) line in order to contribute to the achievement of sales target.
  • Manage new or existing product line including making timely recommendation on adding, revising, or discontinuing products, implementing promotion, identifying training material and sales aids, so as to keep the product portfolio fresh, effective and profitable.
  • New product launch plan including product positioning, forecasting, pricing, forecasting, communication, promotion, training, product registration, etc.
  • Monitor the development and execution of product communication and training programs to ensure distributors get adequate product knowledge for retailing and customer service.
  • Collect and analyze market trends and potentials to enable the introduction of new products and the development of competitive product strategy.
  • Review and handle complaints and suggestions from distributors for assigned products, and to liaise with US headquarter/region for improving product design, packaging and contents

Requirement
  • University graduated or above, Nutrition education background is a strong plus.
  • 5+ years marketing experience with 1 years in product management. Nutrition related working experience is preferred.
  • Strong in people management and project management (planning and execution); good at communication
  • Successfully execute various operation plans for assigned product(s) line through systematic planning & effective time management
  • Proficient in English
