Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.

Day To Day Responsibilities
  • Undertake project leader and coordinator of cross-functional activities, such like tank design review / new technology migration / new product development.
  • Engage 1st level trouble shooting and root cause investigation with Production, Maintenance and related manufacturing groups.
  • Join the execution level meeting with cross-department related work
  • Update data clarification and results verification in related process experiments.
  • Be able to use basic engineering methodology (DMAIC/KT) on problem solving and continuous process improvement.
  • Document technical report, operational guidance and perform training for manufacturing groups.
Qualifications：
  • BS above (include) degree and major in Engineering field.
  • Project Skills, data analysis skill (Python, SPCXL, PowerBI is preferable)
  • Good communication, coordination, and follow-up ability.
  • Good English proficiency in writing, listening and speaking. TOEIC 550 is a plus
  • Document technical report, operational guidance and perform training for manufacturing groups.
