工作内容

Responsibilities:

• Work with design and manufacturing groups as an NPI project leader to ensure schedule and quality objectives are met.
• Establish design rules and perform DFM review for PCB, mechanical, and package design.
• In depth knowledge on IPC, JEDEC standards. Experienced in an EMS/ODM/OEM with SMT and any of the following processes: PCBA de-panel/routing, casing/box assembly, wave soldering, labeling as an NPI, product or process engineer.
• Skills in DFX, DOE, SPC, FMEA, APQP, MSA and other related technical, analytical and systems knowledge.
• Production tooling/fixture design and verification capability.
• Moderate in written and spoken English.

Other requirements:

• Years of experience required: 5 years and above.
• Education: Bachelor and above.
• Major: Mechanical, EE, or other engineering majors
• Other skills: SPC, SMT, 2D/3D CAD design tools (Creo, SolidWorks).
