BWant Founded in early 2012 with the vision to “Make Made in Taiwan antennas famous worldwide", BWant is dedicated to developing automated antenna measurement systems and algorithms. For over a decade, we have insisted that "accurate measurement enables robust R&D", and we customize measurement solutions based on each client’s needs.

Leveraging our team’s 10+ years of antenna research expertise combined with instruments from leading international manufacturers, we develop intuitive, flexible measurement systems to assist customers in testing diverse products and accelerating development cycles for various communication devices.

In 2023, BWant launched the M-Series OTA measurement systems, delivering optimized solutions whether for AiP, phones, notebooks, or even large-scale satellites and payloads. Our tailored approach ensures we can provide the most suitable measurement systems to fit each customer’s specific requirements.

Company development: Wireless communication measurement services, system integration and innovative research and development

Responsibilities

• Modification and maintenance of governance tools
• Assist in confirming supplier design
• Documentation of specifications
• Matters assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• Requirement Bachelor’s degree, or above in Mechanical Engineering (Fresh graduates are welcome to submit their resumes)
• Having experience in a communication technology field is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and at least above Intermediate level in Mandarin.. 並精通中文，中文能力中級以上 (Please provide Chinese language test certification)
