Job Title: NB 機構設計工程師(合約制一年)

Job description:

About the job

Your responsibilities will include designing leading edge laptop, from product front end, through product design and launch into successful mass production.

Working with client in 桃園市龜山區 (近林口⾧庚醫院)

Qualifications

· Notebook design experience : 5 - 8 years (nice to have thinner laptop design)

· Knowledge for Aluminum CNC/ Plastic/ Stamping/ Bonding design or manufacture process

· ProE Creo 7.0 skill for 3D/2D drawing design.

· Laptop form factor placement and stacking

o Co-work with HW for PCB design and EMC requirement

o Co-work with vendor for thermal/ antenna/ speaker module design

o Co-work with key part team for design requirement.

· Tolerance analysis for cosmetic gap/ step and critical area assembly checking.

· Risk assessment for assembly and mechanical function

· Communicate and coordinate with client for design synchronously.

· Design concept proposal and mockup sample preparation (placement/ form factor/ critical stacking/ cable routing concept/ weight estimation/ material/ assembly or tear down SOP/ mockup schedule)

· Mechanical quality failure analysis.

· Tooling DFM

· Working permit and Mandarin ability is required with foreigner
