About the role:

KeepTruckin is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Quality engineer to drive end to end

quality at our contract manufacturing partners. In this role individual will work closely

with internal and external stakeholders to understand design as well as manufacturing

requirements and develop quality program that will enable us to build and ship high

quality product. This is a high impact role where the individual will lead all quality

engineering activities and act as a liason between the contract manufacturer and

internal teams for all things quality.

What you’ll do:

• Develop quality management system for KeepTruckin products.
• Develop product quality plans to monitor end to end manufacturing quality of our
  
  

products.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand design as well as
  
  

manufacturing to develop critical to quality monitors and controls.

• Drive continuous improvement at manufacturing partners to sustain and improve
  
  

product quality.

• Monitor and report quality metrics such as yield, MIL on a regular basis.
• Drive manufacturing quality excursions to solve problems in a timely manner.
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality of high volume electronics
  
  

(Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Medical devices). Strong SMT process

Experience Is Preferred.

• Experience developing process quality plans including IQC, IPQC, OBA, OQC,
  
  

yield and MIL resolution.

• Proven track record of driving manufacturing quality excursions from root cause
  
  

analysis to implementing corrective actions.

• Experience in performing manufacturing quality audits.
• Working knowledge of quality engineering tools such as SPC, AQL sampling,
  
  

Cpk, GRR.

• Excellent supplier management and project management skills.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Ability to travel to manufacturing sites periodically (50%).
