Lab NPI Program team of ASML Linkou Factory is to lead, enable and deliver ASML Linkou Factory future growth and breakthrough

Project Lead for ASML Linkou re-use project and business breakthrough in order to meet the objectives of 3-5 years Linkou factory growth

Role And Responsibilities

►Work with Re-use team in Linkou and Veldhoven to discover and recognize business opportunities with initiative information.

►Understand the organization and resources and be able to reach out for breakthrough

►Execute analysis and evaluation to determine business case which must be aligned with stakeholders and be reviewed regularly

►Develop options and solutions with time plan by consolidating information from project team

►Identify required resources and get approval from stakeholders in a timely manner

►Report project progress and escalate risks to ensure the project progress

►Work with the program manager for other assigned tasks

The macro economic view of ASML going into 2030 will see a significant growth in business and in revenue. In order to materialize this growth potential, The Project Lead will take on the lead role in industrial footprint, factory capabilities, efficiency drive, quality improvement and any other new project based initiatives to support ASML Linkou (Taiwan) to reinforce the competitive position and be a pathfinder to look ahead for ASML Linkou (Taiwan) future growth and road to operation excellence.

Education And Experience

►Master’s degree in engineering major

►3+ years in factory working environment and 1+ years in project lead job role in semiconductor industrial

• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Commercial awareness and skills to evaluate business opportunities
• Ability to motivate people
• Management and leadership skills
• Fluent in English communication is required
