Job Description

§ Create a virtual test vehicle by CAD/CAE tools to simulate the behaviors and performance under MSFT ASHI business HW MFG process and scenarios.

§ Evaluate the MFG process design for potential flaws, quality excursion and optimize the process design for performance, quality, safety, and reliability.

§ Test the virtual model to identify potential problems before a physical MFG production is produced. (Numerical modeling scripts, subroutine and debugging skills required)

§ Reduce development time and costs by identifying and intercepting quality excursion early in the process through closed loop CAPAs.

§ Promote quality excellence by recommendations of product design optimization, material selection and MFG process enhancement.

§ Work collaboratively with CHIE/CHME and ODM teams to optimize the product’s design, MFG process and performance.

§ Continuously improve the virtual modeling and FEA process to ensure accurate and efficient analyses.

§ Dashboard creation to track work progress.
