Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supermicro Taiwan is seeking (Sr.) Software Engineers for their Zhonghe/Bade office.
This role will be working with SW developers to 1) design and implement backend functions of cross-platform server management software product with Java, or 2) design and implement web UI and its framework, improve usability and increase customer satisfaction.
We apply SCRUM and agile practices (e.g., pair programming, continuous integration, refactoring, shared code, and etc.) to develop our software. Candidate should be familiar with and believe in agile practices.

Qualification:

1. Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
2. Solid software engineering skills (design, coding, and testing)
3. A strong desire to create world-class server management systems
4. Ability to write robust and maintainable code
5. Deep knowledge of 1) Java including multiple-threaded, network, and database programming, or 2) Angular/React and frontend framework
6. Good communications skills
7. Deep knowledge of server management protocols such as SNMP and IPMI is a plus
8. Deep knowledge of C/C++ and Windows as well as Linux system programming is a plus
