【Job Responsibilities】

Act as a representative of Master agent for foreign issuing institution of Offshore Structured Product (OSP). The responsibility includes following:

• Producing Taiwanese investor brochure and prospectus for the offshore structured product it issues or distributes, and deliver such information to investors via distributors.
• Acting as the agent for service of process and all document correspondences in Taiwan on behalf of the offshore structured product issuing institution or guarantor.
• Communicating with the offshore structured product issuing institution, and providing investors with relevant issuance and trading information on the offshore structured product it represents.
• Forwarding transaction instructions of the trustees or sub-distributors for purchase or redemption of offshore structured product to the issuing institution.
• Notifying investors via TDCC website and trustees or sub-distributors whenever there is material events which might affect investors’ rights or interests.
• Exploring business opportunities with Taiwan onshore corporate, especially with SOE.
• Maintain good relationship with Taiwan onshore based distributional clients and support offshore HK team.
• Working with Local trading and Treasury team to prepare for more onshore booking business, especially at Fixed income product.
• Market intelligence about the trend of Taiwanese onshore business and changes of regulations.
• Cooperate with coverage team, DCM, and structured finance teams to explore and develop distribution business.
  

【Requirements】

• Global markets business for Taiwan FI Markets, focusing on Distribution and retail markets, cost reduction and investment needs; with ambition to explore with Institutional business.
• 5 years or above in FI business with relationship and product knowledge with WMS clients Excellent knowledge of capital market products such as Equity Derivatives, Options, fund linked, QIS, FX forwards, NDF, FX options, IRS and cap floor.
• Good understanding of accounting treatment related to these products.
• Good communication in English and presentation.
