Responsibilities

• Manage the finance team for Asia business with full-fledged finance functions, including financial planning & analysis, accounting, treasury, credit & collection, and tax.
• Ensure the delivery of business planning and appropriate resource allocation. Manage financial performance and make sure comprehensive controls and compliance are in place.
• Actively engage with the senior management team in Taiwan and at the global level and provide robust financial analysis and recommendations.
• Manage, develop and coach finance team in Taiwan and resources in shared service center for finance operation and process improvements.
• Provide in-depth analysis and support for ad hoc investment projects

Qualifications

• Studies specialized in finance and/or CPA is preferred. MBA would be an advantage.
• Experience of 12 or more years with 5 years experience in a management position within an international finance department including leading change management would be an advantage.
• Challenging mindset with strong communication skills to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships within all functional departments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication confidence in English.
• Strong analytic, financial modeling and reporting skills.
