• You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to deliver improvements in business performance of our Taiwan entity, through the regular delivery of precise financial data and smooth financial operations. In this role, you will:
  

Data delivery

• Deliver accurate financial (sales/expenses/cash flows, etc) results and reports for financial analysis
• Perform month-end closing of all GL accounts and generate accurate monthly supporting schedules to financial reports
• Deliver accurate management accounts on a monthly basis
• Manage registration, computation and reporting of payroll, social welfare and tax matters.
• Manage vendor payments and payroll payments on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Manage issuance of customer invoices, as well as working together with the local operations team for collection of customer invoices in accordance to Glints group policy
  

Compliance and regulatory reporting

• Prepare and submit business tax filings within the regulatory deadline
• Liaise with the banks, external auditors, tax authorities, and relevant government organizations relating to accounting and finance matters.
  

Others

• Assist with any ad-hoc tasks or projects that may be assigned from time to time

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance or ACCA/MIA Qualifications obtained.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in handling a full set of accounts and monthly closing
• Intermediate level of English skills
• Self-starter with an eye for details
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A can-do attitude
• Experience in reporting financial performance to senior business leaders.
