工作内容

Primary responsibilities: Performs variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project/business/technical unit. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Through understanding of the general aspects and technical phases of the job. Understands practical application to complex problems and situations ordinarily encountered. Seeks supervisory direction for issues crossing into other functional areas or with broad impacts. Limited supervision. No instructions needed on routine work. General instructions and/or independent leeway given on new lines of work or special assignments. Coordinates others activities. Schedules own work to meet completion dates. Assists in evaluation of others. Recommends changes in methods or procedures. Contributions influence major work streams. Contacts are frequent within and outside own organization. External contacts involve obtaining or providing information on matters of moderate importance to the organization and may be of a sensitive nature. Provides administrative assistance in a staff capacity to management by coordinating such activities as personnel placement, budget preparation and control, workflow procedures, compensation matters, and training program.

Requirements (Experience/Training):
  • BA in fields of Psychology/ management/ social science
Experience with providing service to customers/ management

Administrative experience a must
  • Very good written and spoken English and Hebrew.
  • International experience (Experience in working with companies abroad) -advantage
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP - an advantage), Excel, Word, PP
