Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist at Taipie Office, located in Neihu District. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, resolving any issues or concerns that they may have with our software. The role also includes analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements, providing training for new customers, and collaborating with other teams to drive customer success.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical Skills to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
- Customer Satisfaction skills with an emphasis on customer retention
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology or related field
- Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
- Fluent in English with the ability to speak other languages is also a plus
