Roles And Responsibilities

Delivering Customized Training Courses:

• Conducting customized training courses for corporate clients in both online and in-person settings
• Focusing on developing trainees’ performance in their work settings
• Incorporating professional skills and language training, real work coaching, and workshop facilitation
  

Key Deliverables

• Ensuring effective training delivery to meet or exceed client expectations
• Providing individual feedback and coaching sessions to address gaps in trainee performance
• Responding quickly and appropriately to a range of trainee needs with developmental solutions
• Offering regular and timely feedback on trainee performance
• Participating in regular trainer development activities
• Demonstrating evidence of trainee language and skills development in assessment situations
• Collaborating with colleagues to co-deliver workshop content to a high standard
  

Ongoing Assessment And Course Administration

• Regularly negotiating with trainees to produce formative assessment reports
• Creating accurate and well-formatted formative reports for client review
• Developing precise, well-formatted, and needs-specific course plans in accordance with company and client standards
