Job brief
Aiello is looking for a qualified Content marketing manager to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for creating, improving, maintaining content and evaluating/managing freelance writers to promote B2C and B2B SaaS platform-an AI-driven voice collaboration platform. You will need to establish a content strategy and develop content calendar that meets our marketing and business goals, from raising brand awareness, increasing engagement to turn traffic into leads. Monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices will be a large part of this role.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing and designing skills. As a Content marketing manager, you should be able to deliver on time, perform well under deadlines and be detail oriented. We are also looking for someone proficient in content optimization and brand consistency.
Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience over our main markets (Japan, Singapore or English-speaking markets, Taiwan...)
Responsibilities
· Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
· Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop content, style and layout across all our channels (including website, blog post, infographic, e-book, whitepapers, case studies, social media, emails...)
· Be hands-on, can create and publish engaging content
· Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
· Ensure brand consistency across all contents and channels
· Optimize content according to SEO
· Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users’ engagement metrics
· Manage content distribution to online channels to increase web traffic
· Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
· Stay up to date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
Qualifications
· Ability to work independently and proactively with strong project management skills
· Three to five years of experience in editorial
· Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Ahrefs, HubSpot, WordPress and Google Analytics is a plus
· Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing is a plus
· Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus
· Familiarity with social media and EDM campaigns
· Excellent writing skills in English/Chinese or Japanese/Chinese
· B2B and B2C marketing experience in the tech industry preferred
