This role has two facets. On one end, he/she will be fully-responsible for end-to-end planning, optimization and management of all client-facing communications. At the same time, he/she supports the execution of important marketing levers such as event, gifting, and client data. As such, he/she must work in close collaboration with Marketing team members to ensure seamless coordination across various points of client engagement.
