Job DescriptionRole DescriptionReporting to Finance Director, you will be managing a team and play a critical role in supporting the management team in their decision making across various aspects of the buisness in financial and performance anlysis and financial reporting. You will also be business partnering with the commercial and operation teams on all commercial requests and present to them business plans, budget & forecast along with insights and explanations for variances.Responsibilities / Key Tasks
  • Partner with business teams to drive insights & develop and execute commercial actions which drive profitable and sustainable growth.
  • Own and accountable for the budgeting, quarterly forecasting and SBP process.
  • Prepare solid financial variances analysis and commentary on sales data (product/channel), pricing, trade spend, margin analysis, to track performance against budget/forecasts.
  • Optimize key data and analysis to add value to operational costs.
  • Participate in business strategy discussion and provide insights and alert risky areas to management with solid financial rationale behind.
  • Lead RGM and work closely with commercial teams to develop and maintain actionable analysis and reports to drive understanding of profitability across products and channels to support commercial decision making about innovation, pricing, promotion, channel/product mix strategy, and trade term, etc.
  • Be the liaison with regional finance team for new ERP/forecast system implementation.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders within Taiwan team and across the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Other ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications / Skills Requirement
  • 8+ years relevant experiences, preferably in FMCG
  • Proven Strategic and Analytical Skills as well as outstanding influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multi tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Process Management experience: designing process improvements and responsible for disciplined delivery
  • Proactive and motivated “can-do” attitude
  • Detail-minded, well-organized with high accuracy
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Experienced in using accounting software (SAP, Aurora, BI) would be advantageous
  • Experienced in implementing new finance system would be advantageous
