What You Will Do In Your Role

Primary Purpose

收集製程數據,分析製程能力,提升製程技術與管理,提高車製製程生產效率與技術能力. Collect machining process data and analyze it to optimize process technology and process management . Support the process engineer to improve production efficiency and develop advanced manufacturing technology.

Duties & Responsibilities

• 協助CNC工程師數據收集與分析,並進行技術改善驗證.(CNC機械加工,實驗設計DOE與SPC知識為佳) Support CNC engineer to collect process data and analyze it . Improve process capability and action effect verification.(Knowledge of CNC,DOE & SPC is plus)
• 2.分析CNC製程程式,刀具與調機流程,優化CNC生產品質與效率。(了解機械製圖為佳) Analyze CNC program, tooling and set-up process and optimize them to improve production quality and efficiency.(Knowledge of mechanical drawing is plus)

Education

REQUIRED:

• 碩士 Master
  

Work Experience

REQUIRED:

• Mechanical Manufacturing .
  

PREFERRED:

• CNC machining experience is a plus.
  

Skills & Abilities

REQUIRED:

• 3D Modeling NX and (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
