工作内容

Responsibilities
  • Support the Finance department and Management team by completing routine accounting tasks. Maintaining reports and completing bookkeeping and accounting duties for the company in compliance with company policy, to ensure integrity of financial information with minimal supervision
  • Responsible for wholesale channel order to cash processes including invoice creation and collection, VAT filing, and support to Customer Finance
  • In charge of inventory and costing management including inventory movement reports, cost reconciliation statement, year-end stock take, inventory destroy, and warehouse independent count
  • Support and coordinate with internal and external audit teams, prepare documents, answer questions, and solve issues raised by auditors
  • Ad hoc projects Requirements
  • Accounting major is preferred
  • At least 10 years working experience in accounting areas and have 2 years of people management experience, preferred in multinational companies or CPA firms
  • Solid knowledge in accounting and local tax
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Adapt to an environment with continuous improving processes
  • SAP knowledge is a must
  • Fluent English in both writing and oral
