- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in ASIC hardware or software for power management and power reduction.
- Experience with ASIC power modeling, simulation, analysis, and profiling.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with SoC or software architectures, designs, implementations (e.g., DVFS, power management, resource management, QoS, power/performance efficiency, load and latency reduction).
- Experience with SoC problem identification, analysis, creative solutions, and project impacts.
- Experience with use case activity profiling and analysis (i.e., data from performance monitoring units).
- Ability to interpret and modify internal simulation tools (e.g., Python, C/C++, Linux) and SoC/Software architecture changes.

Responsibilities
- Architect highly power-efficient hardware and software for mobile use cases.
- Analyze the current SoC, OS, Software use cases and identify inefficiency areas.
- Invent new architecture and feature solutions. Enhance existing software and hardware architectures and features for power efficiency.
- Simulate or prototype the new architecture and features to quantify the expected benefits.
- Present proposals across teams and collect feedback from them (e.g., silicon process, IP design, SoC architecture, Android OS, software, power, performance, compiler teams).
