Role & Responsibilities

• Works closely with commercial team and provides field technical service and troubleshooting to customers.
• Coordinate with quality team to drive quality improvement to meet customer requirements.
• Develops and maintains the technical relationship to the market-facing business strategy through direct engagement with customers and/or external partners.
• Laboratory works for customer requests and/or projects as needed.
• Work with sales/marketing to engage with key accounts and value chain to identify product value proposition and long-term technology trend.
• Work with sales/marketing to engage with customers at early design phase and assess potential opportunities in white spaces.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, material science or related field.
• More than 5 years experiences in the Semiconductor industry and with knowledge of semiconductor fabrication or advanced package processes.
• Prior experience and knowledge in relevant area of technology, such as PI/PBO passivation coating or photo resist lithography.
• Work experiences in semiconductor tier one customer management.
• Experience in technology or application development.
• Laboratory management or tool operation hands-on experience.
• Effectively communicates verbally to global organization on all aspects of program activity. Demonstrated ability to make clear, persuasive, concise, and well-organized oral presentations.
• Fluent in communications with Mandarin and English.
• The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, eager to learn new technologies on fast time scales, and team-player that can work in multi-disciplinary, cross-geographic teams.
• Be able for travel within Asia
